Your candidates are separated into groups that represent each stage of the hiring process. You will find these groups on the top of the candidate details card. The group for each of the stages of the hiring process are as follows:

Qualified - candidates that were matched by the system and recommended

Invited - candidates that were invited for interview but they haven't responded yet

Declined - candidates whom have declined the interview request

Interviewing - candidates who have accepted your request or with whom you have scheduled one or more interviews

Offer - candidates to whom you’ve extended an offer but have not responded yet

Hired - candidates who have accepted your offer/you have hired

Rejected - candidates that are no longer in process because you rejected them

These groups and new stages allow greater organization and easier compartmentalization. Again, your in-process candidates will appear in the group that corresponds with their stage.
