No. Candidates do not have the ability to apply to jobs on the Pelpr marketplace. Candidates are not even aware of what companies are on the platform until your team reaches out. Think of Pelpr as more of a searchable database with active candidate ready to interview.

To connect with a candidate: create a position, then reach out to candidates through an Interview Request once the system has provided qualified matches.
